How It Should Connect

These screens should not become separate systems. They all need to feed one order queue, one KDS, one print bridge, and one payment/gift-card record.

CustomerKiosk, mobile app, website, shipping page, phone agent.
Order APIOne schema with source, items, modifiers, payment, customer, and timing.
Staff ReviewPOS can load orders, approve, edit, void, refund, or collect counter payment.
KDSKitchen sees every accepted order by stage and station.
Epson PrinterStore print bridge prints tickets on local kitchen printer.
ReportsSales, gift cards, shipping, labor, and production planning share the same source.

What Got Split Apart

The staff POS became the register. Gift cards and rewards stayed in the mobile customer app. Cookie shipping became a separate website page. The kiosk became its own in-store flow. This hub is the first step to stop opening random tabs and start wiring one operating system.

Next Build

After you approve this direction, the next coding pass should make POS load kiosk/mobile/shipping orders from one queue, and add Gift Card as a real POS payment lane instead of only living in the customer app.
