Once physical testing is done, set owner_verified: true per profile in website/data/shipping-products.json. Payments stay blocked until the backend shipping gate, package profiles, Stripe, quote signing, and carrier provider are all configured.
- Pack a test box for each size (6, 12, 18 cookies) with actual product.
- Weigh each packed box on a postal scale and confirm gross weight in product config.
- Measure outer dimensions of each packed box and confirm in product config.
- Run a drop test (3 ft, 6 faces) — cookies must arrive intact.
- Ship a test box through the selected provider, including PayPal/ShipStation if that has the best rate — inspect on arrival.
- Confirm 5-day freshness at room temp — cookies must be acceptable on day 5.
