SMS Opt-In / Consent: By providing your mobile phone number on our website (including when checking out or requesting delivery updates), you consent to receive text messages (such as order confirmations, receipt notifications, and delivery status updates) from Zorro's Pizza & Bakery. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your order activity.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out of receiving SMS communications from us at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message we send. For assistance, reply HELP.

7. Mobile App
Our mobile app ("Zorro's Pizza & Bakery") lets you browse the menu, place orders, and — for approved delivery drivers — manage deliveries. When you order through the app, we collect the same order information described above (name, phone number, delivery address, and order details). We do not collect your device location for ordering.
Driver location. If you sign in to Driver Mode as an approved driver and clock in for a shift, the app collects your device's GPS location while you are on shift so that we can dispatch deliveries and customers can see delivery progress. Location collection stops when you clock out or sign out. Driver location is used only for delivery operations and is not sold or used for advertising.
Job applications. If you apply to work with us through the app, we collect the information you submit (name, phone, email, position, and for drivers a license number) solely to evaluate your application.
8. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for order records, customer service, accounting, tax, legal, food safety, fraud prevention, operational reporting, and dispute resolution. Retention periods may vary by record type and business need.
9. Your Choices
You may contact us to request help updating, correcting, or deleting information where legally and operationally possible. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, tax, legal, fraud prevention, or order history purposes. You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website and ordering services are intended for customers who can lawfully place orders or use them with permission from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing purposes.
