Our Story
Founded in 2020 on the shores of Ventnor City, New Jersey, Zorro's Pizza & Bakery was built on a simple premise: fresh bread is the moat. We set out to elevate beach-town eats with the highest quality artisan baking, slow-fermented crusts, and warm hospitality — the kind you remember long after summer ends.
What started as a boutique retail bakery quickly grew into a high-capacity kitchen serving local families, wholesale partners, and beachgoers straight on the sand. We never par-bake and we never freeze our bread. Everything — from our slow-fermented Sicilian crusts to our flaky croissants and small-batch cookies — is made from scratch, every day, with smart prep and zero compromises on safety.
Today Zorro's is a neighborhood fixture on Ventnor Ave, feeding the Downbeach community pizza by the slice, morning pastries, catering platters, and beachside deliveries all summer long.
