This is the brain's system prompt — how the phone agent talks, sells, and decides. Edit carefully; changes take effect on the next call.

Page only: nobody's phone rings. V tells the caller the store will call right back, keeps taking the order, and texts you the caller's number, name, cart and reason — once per call. Dial: the configured lines ring as before; a line that misses N transfers in a row is skipped for the day (you get one text about it) so a dead handset never costs a caller 30 seconds. Takes effect on the next call.
